At Chem-Taas, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Start a Return
Simply contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Let us know when you reach out, and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and products that show signs of use or wear are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve it at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping
Unless the item was damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
